Honeywell Home offering automatic time and temperature control, this Honeywell CM700 wired 7 day programmable thermostat is supplied with batteries, fixing screws and instructions, along with a moulded backplate with trunking guides and wiring breakouts for ease of installation. We currently are able to accommodate the oldest and deprecated boilers to the very latest energy-efficient central heating systems.

I note it does have a 'Temp Offset' feature that can change the displayed temp in relation to the room temp.

If the app is asking you what the st9100 controls it’s probably so it can work out what instructions to give you. Replace the wall thermostats with Tado wired thermostats so you retain the valves and the Tado thermostats are the zone controller for each zone.
