Whether you are a beginner or an experienced crafter, our products provide exceptional results that will last a long time. Here are some reasons why you should consider buying our HTVRONT White HTV.

Heat Presses & Accessories

It is usually possible to create a two (or even three) colour design using CAD-Cut materials, by cutting the individual colours and applying them separately onto the garment, particularly with vinyls such as Sportsfilm Extra T-Shirt Vinyl and Premium Plus Stretchable HTV Vinyl.

Standard HTVs allow you to create a design, cut it on a plotter/cutter (such as a Silhouette Cameo or Cricut cutter for beginners and hobbyists, or a Graphtec, Summa or Roland plotter for larger companies), “weed away” the excess vinyl and heat-apply it onto a substrate, primarily fabrics such as t-shirts and other clothing. Our HTV is made from high-quality materials that can withstand repeated washings and heavy use. You can be confident that your creations will look great for years to come. We also offer a variety of colors and finishes, including matte, glossy, glitter, and metallic. This allows you to choose the perfect HTV for your project, whether you are creating a subtle design or a bold statement piece. Most transfers produced today which are made from CAD-Cut flex/vinyl will outlast the life of the garment that it is bonded to, providing it is applied and washed in accordance with the instructions provided. HTV materials are very durable, but to ensure that there aren’t issues we recommend that they are ironed on the reverse and not over the top of the design, and to avoid using steam as this could affect the adhesive and the longevity of the design. Do All HTV Material Brands Match In Colour?Hot application is a 3-5 second press to the garment at 160°C and cool peel. No garment pre-press is required. Furthermore if you have easily marked or sensitive fabrics you can apply 123 Premium at 120°C for 20 seconds with a cold peel. Next, place your printed and cut design face down on top of the HTV, making sure it’s properly aligned. Use heat-resistant tape to secure it. Cover the clear HTV with white butcher paper and press at 385° F (196° C) for 30 seconds using heavy pressure. Press down with both hands and use some of your body weight.

Premium Plus HTV Heat Transfer Vinyl(for cotton, polyester, poly-cotton, lycra, spandex and nylons) Over the 15+ years that we’ve supplied Heat Transfer Vinyls, we regularly meet customers that think that 10 to 20 washes would be the limit of HTVs when they’re applied to garments. However, we’re happy to confirm that many of the Stahls Heat Transfer Vinyls that we supply will outlast the garment, and have been tested to show that they’ll last for a minimum of 50 washes. This means that the garment should be ready for the bin before the design starts to degrade. Use a brayer to smooth the clear HTV - shiny side down - onto a clean green StandardGrip mat. The matte side should be facing up.A: While some sublimation is hot peel, most is cold. After sublimating the clear HTV, let the sublimation paper sit for 5-10 seconds before hot peeling. In regards to the vinyl, the clear sublimation HTV is cold peel. After applying the clear sublimation HTV you should let it cool completely before attempting to peel away the carrier sheet. The white iron-on vinyl, however, is hot peel in this project (but not usually). Remember that sometimes we use materials differently based on the project! Remove the butcher paper and let it cool off for a few seconds before removing the tape and paper while it’s still warm to reveal your design. We offer our HTV at competitive prices, so you can enjoy creating custom designs without breaking the bank.
